I created this site as a place to track and discuss activities by the Aspen Brook HOA. It is meant to be informative for other owners, helpful for me to stay organized, and hopefully motivating for the Board to be good stewards of our resources and trust.

To date in 2025, the Board has spent thousands in legal fees (currently projected at over $15k for the year according to the annual meeting proposed budget). I don't have the breakdown of this, but a lot of this was spent to avoid sending one truthful email. That's not an exaggeration.
